Expertise

Manuel joined the firm in 2019 after working with leading Italian and international firms.

He deals with civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on real estate and banking law, as well as national and international commercial contracts.

In the civil and commercial sphere, Manuel represents clients in ordinary litigation, mediation, and before arbitration tribunals. He provides legal assistance to Italian and foreign clients in matters of civil and commercial law. He also deals with struggling businesses and the related litigation.

Over the years, he has strengthened his expertise in banking and financial law by assisting Italian and foreign credit institutions in all types of litigation related to the sale of banking and financial products, payment and investment services, and debt collection and enforcement proceedings.

In the course of his practice, Manuel has also dealt with antitrust law both in and out of court, working with leading Italian and foreign companies on issues concerning competition and market regulation.

Manuel has also gained significant experience in corporate compliance, including serving as a supervisory board member with a number of companies.

Memberships

Since 2020, Manuel has been an active member of the Litigation Commission and T.R.A.D.E. Commission of AIJA – International Association of Young Lawyers, often serving as a speaker, moderator or organizer of the association seminars and conferences. Since 2023 he is also member of the Executive Committee of the association.

Manuel has also served on the board of the NLTI Association (National Legal Team Italy) since 2023, serving as a speaker at seminars.
